Rosemont Road

A single Ealing townhouse on a large, and sloped site was re-built (with a like-for-like façade) to create 9 new flats, with amenity spaces to the rear via a number of terraces. The building continues to appear as a period home from the front, but has a contemporary appearance to the rear with large sliding door openings and terraces to all living spaces.

A new basement was piled to create the lower ground level and the two largest units which each have their own garden space. The development will be delivered to a very high energy efficiency rating, using new building technologies including Posi-joists, Porotherm blocks, and Superfoil insulation, along with heat-pump cylinders and solar panels.
