On a prominent corner site, we fully refurbished and extended a Grade II listed building in the Chelsea Conservation Area, creating an additional mansard storey and 4-storey side extension to deliver 3 additional homes, along with a new basement to house a kitchen to the ground floor commercial space.

The project involved careful neighbourhood consultation and pre-application consultation with the local authority, together with a detailed heritage assessment and justification for the proposals.

The result is a scheme that genuinely reflects the local residents preferences and is entirely in keeping with the existing heritage of the retained former public house and the architectural character of the local area.

The 4 units were fitted out to the highest possible standard, and the commercial space was delivered as shell and core ready for the incoming tenant.
