Cadogan Square Duplexes

AtelierWest were appointed to provide a full service including design, contract administration and project management to deliver a multi-unit development in one of the most prestigious squares in London. The brief was to reconfigure a 6-storey Grade II Listed property to include a new rear extension at second, third and fourth floor to achieve more spacious and bright units with improved layout and access.

At planning stage, AW worked closely with heritage consultants and authorities to ensure permission was granted and during construction, liaised with trusted contractors and high-end interior designers to ensure the highest finishes.

Through modifications to the front façade and by re-instating original features, such as cornices, openings and layout subdivisions, the proposals contributed significantly to preserving and enhancing the heritage asset in question.
